Good photography and design can go a long way.

I have to say, I'm proud of my son, Skyler (my website designer), and thrilled to have him on board with me as Texas Carry continues to grow.

One of the biggest features of the site that I'm so excited about is the photography and this amazing Squarespace web platform, which I highly recommend.

There are plenty of websites out there devoted firearms, gun ownership, and becoming a concealed carry licensee.  Many of those websites, however, can be painful to look at.  If you're looking to build a beautiful website but have no idea where to begin, start with Squarespace.  And if you can't figure out why some sites just look better than others, pay careful attention to the photography.

Just for fun, we've selected some of the images used here on the website to share with you, with no text or overlays, to show you the how simple yet effective good photography can be to your business.  These were shot in just less than an hour at a photo studio near downtown Dallas.  Natural daylight, a wooden box, and some quality camera gear were used to capture these simple but elegant photographs.

Enjoy!
